Kundalini / Kriya Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is quite unlike most other Yoga practices that we are familiar with.
Kundalini Yoga is Kriya based, not Asana (posture) based. Kriyas combine the power of movement, mantra and pranayama (breath practice) in to one dynamic exercise carefully designed to bring about a specific effect - be that emotional, psychological, physical, or energetic.
Kriyas may be completely seated and meditative, or very active and dynamic. Aimee teaches all classes in a way that makes them accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of experience or current fitness. She creates a very warm and inclusive environment. Kundalini Yoga is very much an active meditation & Aimee works with a varied catalogue of dynamic and uplifting music to carry you in to a rhythmic space and deeper dimension of practice.

Aimee is a certified teacher of kundalini yoga and a practicing kriya yogi. Much of her personal practice is rooted in ancient Tibetan Buddhist Kriya and the mystical teachings of the Tantric texts.
